Saturday : Breakfast, 1st Cooking Class, lunch,and kas city
tour   

Today
we’re going to start making dishes using techniques and recipes handed down
through generations of local women. Typical appetizers, mantı , erişte ,
gözleme, side dishes, vegetables and cakes. Lunch at the Guru’s Place with
wine.

In the afternoon you will go to kas city  for a city visiting Then will come back to
Guru’s Place from mountain road gökçe ören road sidek,bezirgan,and İslamlar village
roads and the Patara beach and sand hill (for wach sun set with red wine)
Dinner at the Guru’s Place .

sunday  : Breakfast, 2nd Cooking Class, lunch and after 1
hour journey Wine Tour with Sommelier to Historic old otoman citty Elmalı and
first  winery of the Antalya, and cellar , city tour (560 year old ömer paşa mosque old ottoman houses ) lunch at the oldest restaurant of the area şen baba we will eat best şiş and piyaz with ottoman helva . and wine  factory visiting and wine tasting
