çilbir FOR TWO PEOPLE
İNGREDİENTS:
5 eggs
1 food spoon butter and some red papper
1.5 water glass yoghurt
3 toot garlic
1 spoon vineger
enaf salt how much you like
how to make : boild 1 litter water in the large pot after boild , break eggs gently in water than add salt and vineger after 5 munite take out all eggs in a service plate than put on it yougurth with garlic ,fride red papper with butter than pour hot butter on eggs ….
